Turn Complex into Compelling

Meaningful Relationships Drive Results. Story Makes
Both Possible.

Why This Work Matters

Busy professionals are often stretched thin, trying to communicate clearly while also keeping relationships intact. Too often, results are prioritized at the expense of connection.

The most effective leaders understand it is not an either-or. Meaningful relationships drive results. Storytelling is not a soft skill. It is an essential one.

My work helps leaders communicate in a way that resonates. Over time, storytelling becomes a habit. When people begin sharing stories, coworkers learn things about one another they never knew, trust deepens, and new ideas emerge.

WORKSHOPS

The Stories We Tell Shape our Ability to Lead, Build Trust, and Influence Action.

Helping Leaders Build a Storytelling Practice They Can
Return to Again and Again.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Built Around Your Challenges, Your Team,
and Your Goals.

Workshops are typically best suited for groups of 18 to 24, though we can discuss multiple cohorts or larger formats if needed.

Participants receive a short pre-work video, a workbook, and a copy of one of my books — corporate teams use The Power of Story, nonprofit teams use From So What? To So Funded.

FORMAT OPTIONS

Three-Hour Workshop

A focused session that gets teams working immediately. Ideal as a standalone or part of a larger event.

Full-Day Session

Deep work with time for reflection, iteration, and building a story library your team can actually use.

60-Day Culture Change Program

Sustained engagement over time. Storytelling becomes embedded in how your organization communicates.

Several seated women are listening attentively, with some taking notes or holding microphones. The room has tables, chairs, notebooks, water bottles, and a whiteboard in the background.

HOW I SHOW UP

I See Myself as the Facilitator of a Meaningful Conversation.

My role is to ask the right questions and create space for insight to emerge.

You never quite know the impact a story will have until it is told. In the safety of a workshop setting, we can stretch the comfort zone just enough to see what happens. Over time, participants begin building a small library of stories they can draw from in almost any context.

KEYNOTES

Stories That Move Audiences and Spark Action.

Through stories of influential change makers and everyday leaders, participants see how narrative shapes trust, alignment, and purpose. Sessions are interactive — people reflect on their own experiences while seeing storytelling in action.

These are not lectures you could watch online. People participate, engage with one another, and leave with ideas and tools they can use immediately.
