  • Technical and data-heavy industries, like financial services, where technical knowledge is essential but communicating it in a way that resonates can be difficult when you are too close to the work.

  • Women are often (not always) the ones who abdicate leadership. We are the ones who say, “I don’t want to make it about me.” We need more women finding their voices and stepping into their leadership.
